We try our best to pick up the items you have ordered within 5 working days after receiving your payment.
Working day is Monday to Friday excluding national holiday.
However, if the items are not available or cannot get for some reason, we’ll refund your money to your account via PayPal.
* We don’t pick up what are not in our store at the moment.
We will ship twice in a week (Tuesday and Friday).
The shipping fee depends on the shipping grade, delivery country, package weight and package size.
Our cart can estimate shipping fee automatically.
Exact shipping fee may change from display fee after pickups.
When the shipping fee is not enough, we will send new invoice for balance.
You can chose shipping grade Standard or Expedited.
- Standard shipping : using Small Packet Air, take 10-20days, with tracking number, insured up to $50.00US of the item price, maximum box size 90cm (Length + Width + Thickness )
- Expedited shipping : using EMS, take 5-10 days, with tracking number, insured full amount of the item price
We get your address from PayPal for this shipping.
Please check your registered information before you order.
◆How to Pay◆
We aren’t accepting cancellation for any reasons, once it is already paid, because we, in Japan , can’t return the items to the shop.
We only accept returns due to the DEFECTS within 30 days after your purchase date.
You have to contact us first before returning the item.
If the item is broken, you have to claim a report to your nearest Post Office regardless of reason.
We are not accepting the return unless the item is defective item.
◆International Buyer Please Note◆
International buyers please be aware that your postal system may charge a customs fee on your order. Tokyo-d-merch is not responsible for this fee and has no control over your order being charged with the fee. Your purchase with us will not include this possible customs fee. We will not refund any part of your purchase if your order is charged a customs fee.
Tokyo-d-merch is not personally responsible for lost mail. If your item lost in transit or arrived it damaged , please message me immediately with the picture.
All the information that we will have is the tracking information. Once a claim is opened for lost mail, and the item is deemed as lost mail by Japan posting service , we will of course either refund your purchase or replace the order.
Also we do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” – US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
